I was skeptical about purchasing a diamond tennis necklace online but i found Gem Jewelers. The pricing is very good and the quality is amazing. I had some questions prior to purchasing and was assisted by Jessica on the online chat feature. My tennis necklace came securely packaged and in beautiful packaging. It also came with an appraisal which is great for insurance purposes. I will definitely be purchasing more items from Gem Jewelers! The photos do not do its justice! It even sparkles in a dark room.
I strongly advise against shopping at this store! The staff is extremely rude and acts like they are being forced to work there. Additionally, they refused to accept credit card payments and insisted on payment through Zelle, which seems very suspicious. This could be a scam, so be careful and avoid this place at all costs
Made an appointment on their website a week in advance. Asked a question on instagram. Arrived for my appointment after a 45 min drive is morning rush hour. Husband and I drove different cars, paid total $40 for parking. Went to lobby of building realized we didn’t know what floor, looked on internet, could not find.
