Had to get the head replaced on my ring due to some cracks:( so glad I sent my ring to Gem Designs to be fixed. I got it back and it looks better than ever! I'm in love!

The customer service is beyond incredible, and the finished product is even better (if you can imagine!). Any pieces I have had made here (or fixed when I broke my favorite bracelet) has been incredible. I recommend Gem Design to everyone and anyone, clients, friends and family! Jeremy had designed and made a custom basketball hoop with ball charm necklace, made for my son, out of yellow and white gold. I gave him an idea I had and he went above and beyond and knocked it out of the water with what he actually designed. I couldn't be more happier with it and my son won't take it off and just stares at it all the time. The quality is heavy and excellent. The design is even better. His prices can't be beat. I had my wedding ring in my jewelry box for 2 years after my divorce,so I decided it was time to do something with it. Never in a million years would I have thought the outcome would be so amazing.
