Gem Designs is the place to go. I got my engagement band from another jeweler, but went to Jeremy for my band. He made a customized band to go with my ring. I had a few loose stones on my engagement ring and went to Gem Designs even though I didn't purchase the ring from the store they tightened the stones and even polished my ring. Jeremy and his team were amazing! Very, very informative for when im ready to have our wedding bands done. I needed my engagement ring resized. Kays told me it cod take up to two weeks. I walked in here and had my ring resized and finished in less than an hour! I couldnt be more thankful for that! I recommend them to anyone!
Absolutely blown away by the service we received, my now fiance was "wowed" by the wonderful service and knowledge the jewlers had when he went to look for a ring. He was promise my ring would be ready in time for our vacation and it was. The sizing was off so I went in to get it resized and it was ready in 1 hour. I am thrilled. If you want genuine service by a family owned business that puts their customer first I highly recommend Gem Design Jewelers ♡
Beyond happy with the customer care at Gem Jewelry Design. The jewelry there is amazing and so beautiful. I came in needing a diamond replaced and Jeremy took great care of me.
