We left our Jack and Rat terriers with Gem Crest. They came back healthy, happy and NOT stinky. Thank you staff!
I visited several kennels for boarding my 2 very special Aussies. I knew the minute I walked into Gem Crest that they were the cleanest (no smells), nicest play area, and most professional of all I visited. I recommend them to anyone that asks.

Love This Boarding Facility. Just picked up our Luckie Boy today after his 3day stay and as always he had a Great time. We used the web cam viewing with him which is so nice to see him while we are away. The staff is always polite and Professional. Thankx again. Till next time.

My dad has been a client here for 16 years. I know 3 girls who have all been fired for ridiculous reasons. The girl who cause all the bullshit recently, is still there.This place has gone 2 shit. Ran by nothing but lazy people now who take advantage of the fact the owner can't see. Yes you know who you are 2. Becky sure did make that place great ! PM me if you would like examples of how your pets are not being cared for properly anymore when they visit Gem Crest Kennels!!
Recently boarded our dogs at Gem Crest kennels came back to a dog with kennel cough. Owner won't even return phone calls not a good experience given the additional vet bills won't be back very unprofessional

Our apologies sir, I believe there was a miss communication somewhere in our interactions. We would never intentionally avoid discussion on matters like this. Bordatella or Kennel Cough, is a required vaccination for all of our dogs but is not a guarantee against your dog getting infected, and unfortunately it still happens from time to time. Thank you for taking such good care of my Hannah! I was unable to take her with me when I traveled to Oregon for a family funeral. Fortunately some friends recommended your kennel, and it worked out wonderfully. We will be back.
