We have taken our dogs to Gem Crest Kennels for nearly two decades, and wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else. It is clear our dogs have felt CALM and SAFE at Gem Crest and we have the utmost confidence in the care and compassion the staff provides. I highly recommend Gem Crest to anyone looking for a trustworthy and secure kennel service. Their grooming services are excellent as well.
Gem Crest Kennels continues to impress me!!! While having him boarded, I was going to have my German Shepard Trigger stay in one of the kennels with a Web cam so I could check on him while I was out of town, but after explaining to me that those kennels are inside only and that he wouldnt be able to go in and out as he pleased I decided against the Webcam option. We worried about what we would do with our Princess Cattitude when we travel and could not take her with us.... we are fortunate to have found Gem Crest Kennels several years ago and HIGHLY recommend them! They care about our cat, she has a BIG place of her own to stay, and lots of area for play - these folks are THE best!

Are great dane was recently board at gem crest kennals.boise idaho. ..she was there 7 days the staff was great ...helpful ..if you look at the video of maggie it will tell you how happy maggie was there..thank you guys

This kennel does its best. The core employees are animal lovers. They treat the animals with respect. They are compassionate, competent people. I would trust my entire dog/cat family with them(5 dogs 1 cat). Anyone who would give this company a bad review is probably a person who was fired due to their values not matching that of the people that work there.
