Don't hire him he sucks dick at carpentry he is just a scam artist at best
Had them fix stairs and railing on my deck. No longer have a deck. Just a rickety set of detached stairs. Had them replace 2 doors. 1 door doesn't lock right still. Repeatedly asked for him to come fix it. Wait around all day only to hear back late in the evening, he can't make it. He no longer responds to my requests to make it right. Sorry it came to this.

GEM carpentry roofed my house and installed replacement windows in my basement. I had to call them back out to remove small debris and nails left on the ground around my house. Not a big deal but the second problem was much worse. I noticed months later the ceiling got wet in the back porch so I ripped the ceiling down and the next rain proved we definitely have a leaking roof.
