Had 2 $15 gift cards from Gelotti. Last week I tried to use them and was told the new management is no longer accepting them. Really? That's terrible business practice and customer service. I had to throw $30 away and it left a bad taste in my mouth! I have been a customer for years but won't be going back anytime soon! Shame on you!

Jean, our owner personally messaged you to take care of the issue. We no longer have the terminal to process those gift cards, we had a 4 month period where we switched everyone's coupons, and gift cards out for the new ones, in Sept, Oct, Nov, and Dec of 2014. Our new registers allow us to generate coupons, protect customer info better, and speed up our checkout.
