I was trying to think of a good gift for a friend in NJ. Because he loves gelato, I thought a gelato gift certificate would be perfect. The problem is that I live in Colorado...hmm. But I called Bre at Gelotti of Caldwell, and she said, "no problem"! She took my order and mailed the gift certificate for me! Love that great customer service. When I am visiting NJ, Gelotti of Caldwell will be on my list to visit!

Love this place! The lines are fast and the flavors do not disappoint! Will definitely return for more
I have loved everything I ever got at Gelotti's. But my favorite by far is the pistachio. So many places use a lot of almond flavor, this is one of the few pistachio ice creams with actual pistachio. The service is great too.
Just had the worst experience tonight! My wife and I came to get ice cream. My wife ordered a soft-serve. The guy went and made her it with sprinkles. She asked if he could put a lid on it. He proceeded to turn around and eat a scoop of her ice cream and then put a lid on it. When we called him out on it, he wasn't even apologetic. He claimed that he is allowed to eat the ice cream and that he had given too much the first time, which was why he needed to "remove" some. I purchased a birthday cake from Gelotti's today and it was terrible! The layers inside were completely uneven and the chocolate tasted bad. I had them write Happy Birthday on it. It looked like a child did it. Not the same old Gelotti's
