The rent might be a little low at first but they raise it every year until you are at market rate. This building is mice and roach infested! The service is non-existent! Every August the air conditioning falls apart for the hottest three weeks of the year! I know of at least two residents that sued over water leaks and what have you. Whenever you ask anyone that works here for anything they tell you it's not their responsibility.
