I went there today which is July 1,26 been there before they open and waited on the lady that worked station 6 mind you they didn’t come till late faced all mean looking and she didn’t even speak and said I can’t do your nails I was the only one in there and the owner said she said she can’t do your nails and acted like it was ok no I been waiting why can’t she do my nails and I’m the only one in here, I’ll never go back to Gel nail poor management!!
Will never come back my nails looked terrible, when I told her she was using the incorrect base for my nails she insisted it was correct! Knowing it was not! Came back the following day and said my nails looked terrible terrible they made no effort to fix them and attempted to charge me for a new service, when they messed up the first service I paid full price for! If you don’t want to waste your money and time don’t go there!
I went there today which is 7/12/26 because me and my Daughter going on a cruise. The girl in the back had an attitude I don’t know what was wrong with her !! She was very Rude and I spent $350 for me and my daughter stuff today. If you don’t like your job stay home!!
Usually always go here to get my eyebrows waxed. Walked in today about 4:30 the owner is rude & tell me they’re closed nobody came to work i meed to go somewhere else & which i didn’t want my nails done, just my eyebrows waxed the lady that do them was sitting right there & I was also willing to wait in no rush! Moral of the story Iam a loyal paying customer & feel like that couldve been handled better i guess that will be my last time supporting them.
1star only bc I have to!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!!! I got my lashes done on a Thursday afternoon! Got up Friday morning both eye corners the lashes was coming off! I was able to save the right side but not the left! So I was ok with that! So I was going out of town for the weekend and on Sat afternoon a whole piece came off I was like what in the world!
