Josh was great to work with on the sale of our home, the video used was great and really should the details of the house.
The owner Josh McNair is a fantastic professional. Smart, very knowledgeable, with creative ideas on how to present your property. He is not like some individuals working in his field who think that they know everything. He is more than willing to work with his clients and try’s to incorporate some of their ideas into the property’s presentation. Above all of that, Josh is a good person !!
Josh sold our house in Lighthouse Cove and facilitated and helped negotiate an off-market purchase. His knowledge of the Geist market and experience in real estate were invaluable during the buying and selling process. He was very professional, and his social media presence were crucial in advertising and advancing a quick sale of our home.
Josh was amazing to work with. No pressure, and just great advice on all the properties we viewed with him. With his market analysis, along with his experience as a realtor made it stress free. Highly recommend his services. Thanks again!
This man is trying to sell a neglected 5 year old bearded dragon on FB marketplace because he got sugar gliders and “needs room” for them instead. This is inhumane and disgusting to treat animals this way. I would never do business with someone with such poor morals and ethics.
