Poor customer service. Have been goin there for years but not anymore.
This is the only place I'll take my wedding set to for cleaning. They do a free clean and polish while you wait that makes the rings look band new and their turn around time on a rhodium plating is the fastest I've experienced. The quality is top notch and the service is very friendly.
