Last week I brought a special ring and bracelet to Geist Jewelers. They were both sterling silver with stones, and I wore them in a hot tub on vacation. They were so tarnished that I feared they were ruined (and the jewelers were honest about that possibility). A few hours later they were good as new! Of course I expected to pay for this service....but was told it was complimentary. I would highly recommend them for your jewelry repairs or purchases!

I stopped in to Geist Jewelers today to see if I could resize my mother's class ring so I would be able to wear it. I thought the band was thin and assumed I would need to pay at least $100 to add gold to the band. Amy was amazingly friendly and helpful. David was also on hand and resized it for me on the spot. What an unexpected bright spot to my day! This is how you build customer relationships. Thank you Geist Jewelers!
Today was my first time in Geist Jewelers. Not sure why I waited so long. I had two watches that needed to have some links removed. Amy and Cheri were wonderful to work with! They did everything while I was in store and also managed to hold and calm my crying baby which was a nice relief for me! Such a nice staff! I will definitely be back....and bring my husband to shop!
Just met Amy and she was able to magically remove a ring that was not coming off! Great staff and will definitely go back for other jewelry needs.
I worked with the amazing staff to create the perfect ring from the stones in my ring and my grandmothers ring. It couldn’t be more perfect!!!!

Love Geist Jewelers! Very friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve done many repairs for me, including building back up prongs on my wedding ring and repairing things other bigger stores said they couldn’t. Amy was great to work with!
