I just had my first cataract procedure on the recommendation of my wife who had hers done a few years ago from Dr. Geiss and spoke very highly of him. I echo my wife’s sentiments that Dr. Giess and his staff are terrific !!! Assisting Dr. Geiss were wonderful nurses, technicians always ensuring that I was comfortable during the procedure. Everything was explained in great detail which takes time to do properly. Because Dr. Giess is so thorough and his operating procedures so precise time can become an issue. I was there with a patient for several hours and the the owner's wife Dr. T was very rude and condescending. Horrible Customer service.
