the staff in the e.r. are the best..I was there on Thanksgiving day...the Dr ..the Pa. all the others running about nurses ..aides ..to make sure I was getting the best care ....I even got a hair tie 4 my hair & a wash cloth!..I'm sure u can guess why. .again ty 4 the excellent care..not 2 4get the staff behind the window ..who were also great and treated me with their warm welcoming smiles..thanks you one &all..beth
RecommendedI've always gotten GREAT care there. One problem, though, that truly needs to be addressed is the checking-in process. It is extremely difficult for those who cannot stand long. If they sit in reception area, they lose their place in line. Considering this is a medical facility, consideration to disabled should be of paramount concern. I used to use General Hospital as my primary hospital. After my visit to the Geisinger ER this morning it’s easy to remember why I switched. Fantastic nurses, doctors, and techs. From the young woman who checked me in, to the one who took my vitals and blood-work, to the x-Ray tech, all the way up to Dr. Dragann. I gotta say that NURSE JOY was theee best. (Give your cats a hug for me) Keep up the good work. You guys rock.

RecommendedVery best hands down. The space is great, full of windows and light. Great equipment. I've never waited more than 10 - 15 minutes to be seen and the best (by far) reason to choose Viewmont Physical Therapy is their therapists. They are kind and so knowledgeable. Thank you to Lorie S, and Carrie G. and the entire staff there at Viewmont. You made a huge difference for me in more ways than one. <3

Dear Geisinger , Your ER nurse Tessa is an angel�, she was amazing to my baby , and even had a car set delivered to the ER for him by her husband ! Thank you for comforting him ,caring and going above and beyond for my baby���! ( thank you to the other great nurse that came in our room as well , didn’t catch your name, sorry) —-I only gave it a 5 because of Tessa , and the kind team that helped my 2 year old throughout his two night stay.
