This place is awful. And every month it gets worse. Between the no communication, and just overall lack of just care. I am currently trying to find treatment elsewhere and I suggest to anyone. Not to come here n be treated like a fool and lied to constantly
Really wish my doctor didn’t have to go to geisinger and stayed in his own practice. The old lady to call for medications was SO rude when asking for help to transfer my meds to a new pharmacy as my rite aid closed. The male nurse I spoke w was also very rude and you could tell he does not have any care of empathy for patients. As well as the doctor who was taking over for mine bc mine was out of town was trying to get me off of a med I need when it’s not his decision on my meds.
