I received excellent customer service from Alexandra Rini in the Tampa office. She took the time to answer my questions for both of my vehicles and she verified the auto-insurance requirements for one of my vehicles registered in another state. She quickly made the coverage adjustments I requested to get me the most accurate quote for my needs and she followed up exactly when she said she would at the time I requested which was the most convenient for me.
