Shawn was great, thank you for taking your time to make sure I understood everything and answering all of my questions. He also made sure to get my price the same as he quoted at first since when he went to submit it it went up just a smude. So far we are glad we switched to Geico!
Been a customer for 8 years who paid on time for 8 years via automatic pay. 8 years without a claim. Received a letter from Florida DMV saying they will revoke our registration and license due to Geico notifying our state that we lapsed in payment. Called as soon as I got the letter and Geico did the huge task of faxing our insurance card to the DMV. When asked what follow up is they told me to call DMV. By the way, we are military so revoked license and registration is problematic. We will be switching insurance.
