Poor customer service. Dishonest agents who fraudulently enroll you in additional policies without adequate approval. Geico is great but I wouldn't recommend this local agent.
RecommendedDanny Alfonso with geico Tampa is a phenomenal asset to the geico company. He spent time making sure I was comfortable and fully aware of what I was buying. He was not pushy and it really feels like he had my best interests in mind. Thank you danny you have made me a geico customer for life.

Unless you want to set up a policy this agency won’t help out with policy changes. I’m out with referring to Geico now, I’ll send them to Liberty I’d rather have cash than a Wegmans gift card anyway
