how are you going to raise rates and tell me its because of cheaper fuel prices yet everyone is suppose to be inside? thus making your point of more people on the road invalid, you're justification for rate increase. what a joke
RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I talked to an agent to help me get a quote for adding another vehicle in my policy. She gave me a reasonable quote but I had to ask if the bodily injury liability and the property damage liability she gave me would be an acceptable amount for a leased car because I googled it and it says that it must be a $100,000/$300,00 for BIL and $50,000 for PDL, then she's like "well you already know what to get then why are you still asking me?" I see my insurance has gone up never had any accidents,never no tickets 0,I been driving since I was 17 I'm now 48,iwill be looking for better company that's not trying to squeeze money out of my pockets this is insane and wrong,state farm is $40.00 cheaper and said I was getting ripped off....
