Tina and Garret Geib are good people and decent landlords, in the 2 years I stayed with Gieb rentals, I had many problems around the apartment including a disruptive tenant downstairs who was finally evicted after 3 months among other things. . This would be a 4 star review. but the bottom line here is this. I lost money renting through Geib in 2 ways. 1.
