No matter the time of day it will always take tough more then a hour past your appointment time to be seen. Shouldn't have to wait 1 hour after checking in to be seen if you have a appointment. Feel that the doctor and the secretary's are just there for the money and not the patient. My appointment today was for 1 P.M. I show up right at 1 P.M. sign in and here it us 2:30 P.M. and I have yet to be seen. I do not recommended.
The front office staff is terrible at dealing with people! I have never been treated so horribly, rudely and seen such unprofessional behavior. Dr Puri should not be marked so poorly as I feel it's her front office staff that is causing the problems.
Her office staff isn’t worth a penny, dr prescribed a new medication, there is a problem with the way it was written, I’ve left 3 messages and my pharmacy has attempted to reach her twice. The voice mail says if you’ve reach this message during business hours leave a message and they’ll call you back, My problem is I’ve been waiting over a week for them to be able to return my call if she’s prescribing a new script they should care for patients and return their call or at least the pharmacy
Office staff is horrible. Not very helpful. Had an appointment and showed up and doctor had gone home for the day. No phone call nothing. Dr. Puri herself is fine but the office and the staff are horrible, I wait an hour or more every time I have an appt. just to see the doctor. I get no help from the office staff, they are rude and need manners in helping people with disabilities.
Extremely rude insulting front office staff. Always have to wait 1 1/2 hrs for an appointment on the books. Staff do not have any compassion for patients, zero respect for patients, and do not communicate clearly. Nor are they helpful in any way. Refuse patient requests, are sarcastic and mean. They need some serious customer service training. 3 other people were on their phones in the lobby, some not so quietly, yet the front girl sarcastically ordered me to leave the lobby when on my phone
Despite the bad reviews, I wanted to give her a try. I can truly say, this is one of the poorest businesses that I have every seen. Don't know how she survived 35 years. This is only reason I chose her, was for experience. It was a terrible mistake. My appointment was for 9, I was early and stayed nearly 3 hours and never saw the doctor. After about 2 hours of waiting after my scheduled appointment, I asked long would it be? her staff said it should be any minute now. I would not recommend.
I love Dr. Puri been with her for 5 years. She is kind, caring and passionate. She truly cares about her patients. Couldn't ask for a better Dr.
The office person is horrible. They never answered the phone and if they do they put you on hold and never come back. Psych meds are supposed to be important but they seem to not care. Realistically, they should be reported to the Boards.
She was rude. Is taking too long to get back to me and to write me a new prescription because she forgot to write a prescription for medication desperately needed. Might run out of meds which is very dangerous.
