I am so happy with this business. James has been absolutely stellar in helping my sort out my small business computer needs. Before he arrived, we had lost print jobs, websites that wouldn't load and a whole mess of viruses. Now, we are working at full capacity. I worked with James. He was very patient and based on prices I had received from other repair outfits, very reasonable. I have been using their monthly security service for about 1 year. They have blocked 2 hack attempts into my bank and keep my computer running well. Listen, before I found James and Geeks to Go, I had my bank account broken into by hackers and the hackers took $3950 out. It's gone. This really happens to people. They offer pickups during COVID. It was very convenient. They fixed my desktop which was very messed up in about 3 days. Every other place I called said 2 weeks minimum. I will use them again!

I had a man by the name of James Natherson fast talking salesmen charge $96.46 just to come to my home. He took advantage of my igornes in computers. Told me I was hacked into and I was about to have my Bank accts. my investment accts. cleaned completely out. His scare tactics worked, I was so scared I let him take my computer.
