They came to set up my television on 5-17. I've had trouble since then and cannot get them to return my calls. Sound bar still doesn't work. Will not call them again. For $130.00 they should stand behind their service.

John and Dolly have been there for me and my computer issues since I began using them in 2011. Always very patient and helpful and truly interested in solving my computer issues. I have hired them to do virus removal, to install a new hard drive twice on two separate computers, and each time the service is quick, reliable and reasonably priced. My biggest compliment is that they are generous with their time and compassion for the issues at hand. Truly appreciate these folks and the great work they do.
Super helpful even when I didn't bring the pc into them! Their over the phone tech-support is great. Highly recommended. Not your typical tech-support that puts you on hold to look in the manual and find a blanket answer these people actually know what they're talking about.
I was very pleased with the service I received. Their technicians were friendly and clean. I would use them again.
Geeks 'n' Nerds will handle any and all malfunctions you may have.. John and Dolly are a pleasure to talk to and the entire staff has been great.. We have had them come to our home, have taken machines to them and even been able to have them talk us out of a problem over the phone.. They are highly professional and personable at the same time.. My wife and I will not use any other service..

Geeks 'n' Nerds have provided prompt, efficient and friendly service several times for me. Every so often my PC gets cluttered with viruses and adds. When it becomes frustrating I know who to call. Geeks 'n' Nerds never fails to get my computer running efficiently again. Since I am practically illiterate in regards to computers it has been good to deal with people who are knowledgeable yet understanding and friendly.
