I purchased a refurbished laptop from them and according to them they had just put a new Harddrive in it. Paid $335 for this product. Three weeks in the battery stopped working and i had to call them to replace it. Who they did. Shortly after i had to call them again because i realized they they never did put the screws in that hold the harddrive I place, nor the screws that hold the back on and how I found that out was because the computer got a black screen and it happened ... Had trouble with our network printer and we were unable to resolve it. Morgan showed up on time and had all of our problems resolved in short order and resolved a couple of issues we didn't even realize was slowing our stuff down. I would recommend Geeks2You for any computer or equipment trouble you are having. Price was good, especially for the home service.
