Better than Nerds! I have been using geeks here in omaha for five years plus and have never had an issue. I'm not sure why anyone would give them "one thumbs up". I'm guessing that's competition trying to wreck their rep. At any rate, whenever we run into computer issues, we call. No complaints other than, in my opinion, they need to hire more folks - they are always in demand!

Love these guys! We've used Geeks! for 2 years and LOVE them. We've gotten to know several of them very well, and they have been consistent, reliable, and knowledgeable. We have no problems getting a hold of them and getting our IT issues taken care of quickly. What customers need to remember is that you get back what you put into the relationship. I took in my laptop and they told me that the motherboard was probably fried. They charged me \$37.45 for the diagnosis. I took it home and I was going to go buy a new laptop. However, I started putting it back together and it booted up. I didn;t need another laptop. By not listening to them I saved myself \$600-700. They never offered to return the dianogis fee even though they blew it completely. Save your money and find another computer service company. I could never recommend them

Great Folks After reading Jennifer's review I wonder if the whole story is being told. At any rate, I have used geeks for many years here in Omaha. They are quick, responsive and a joy to work.

Don't Go To Geeks! Honestly, you would be better off going to the "Geek Squad" or hiring some High School drop-out to fix your machine! These guys go through employees like kids go through candy! I have had my machine in there many times, once for over a week, no call back, no follow-ups, etc. I was then told they could do nothing to fix and I needed to look a new system! This place is a total rip off! Anyone I have talked to who has come here has been dissapointed - they don't even have the knowledge to support newer produc... read more

Rude and condescending One star is too many for this place. After taking my fax machine in for warranty work, Bob told me that I had a bad toner and needed to change it. He didn't even look at the machine before calling me. After I told him (for the second time) that I had already done that, he looked at it and told me he needed to order parts. After being without my fax for 2 week, it took me three calls before someone called me back to let me know it was finished. Then when I picked it up, they didn't give me back my power... read more
