I took my desk top computer in because my OS wasn't loading. I explained to them when I dropped it off that I needed to have the OS re-installed and the files backed up. I was told when I dropped it off that it would only take 1 - 1 1/2 hours for the repair. I presented them with a gift certificate that I had for 1 hour of free labor. To my surprise, when I called in to check on the repair, it was all of a sudden going to be a minimum of 2 1/2 hours of labor to complete the work because of additional diagnostics and trouble ... read more
