They charged me 80.00 to wipe my hard drive and did not do it!! Gave me back laptop EXACTLY like I gave it to them!!

We demo our work when you pick it up. Also that is not what we charge. We warranty our work. Sure you got the right place? Please bring it back!
Garbage. They broke my screen when "repairing" it and then tried to charge me a second time to fix their mistake. I take my phones and pc to quality computer repair on morton. Same pricing or better and they are upfront with what they are doing. On top of how rude they were i will NEVER go back to eli and his team.
