Today Geek Squad Randy Perez fixed scan app on computer and downloaded updated firmware for printer. My husband Lorenzo and I are extremely pleased with the service performed by Randy. We can always depend on the Geek Squad.
Although very pleasent experience, they ONLY handle laptops.
