Called the previous day. Made an appointment When I arrived waited 15 mins after my appointment time to tell me they couldn’t do anything… waste of my lunch break.. terrible
Worst attention ever at a Best Buy
Do not use these guys. I brought my computer in because it was running slow. 3 days later I come in to find, they wiped my entire computer clean resetting it back to factory default settings, just to give me my computer back and it’s still just as slow, then having to reinstall everything from OneDrive myself. They had me wait in line for 40 minutes to disappear in the back and come back and tell me that they didn’t have the part for my repair. Avoid coming here for your Apple products at all costs. This is not an apple experience. Go directly to an Apple Store if you have a choice. Waste of my time and gas. What’s more upsetting is the fact that they have appointments and you still have to wait. Almost an hour to get served to then be told they can’t help you. Absolutely ridiculous. Wish somebody had warned me.
