Called for 2 days, get people in India, who i cant understand. Wont transfer to the store nor will they put an American on the line.

Ordered an over the range microwave on oct. 11th. I was told it would be available for pick up on oct. 25th. It’s still not in and I received no emails or updates but they’ve already charged my card. Additionally you can not call the store because all calls are rerouted to a call center most likely out of the country 😡😡😡😡

No one is ever available despite making appointments in advance. If and when you get someone, they're rude and dismissive and do a terrible job. Don't get burned either getting repairs or purchasing a phone. Go straight to your carrier, regardless of who it is. They're dishonest with promos and pricing of devices as well.
