Unsatisfactory – In my experience the Geek Squad hasnt lived up to its hype. Back in the day they were a manageable group of educated people who provided quality services to consumers and who well deserved their respect. Now a days, the geek squad has become a massive flock of young people who, unfortunately, lack the training and edcuation required to be responsible for repairs on expensive computers.
