I left my computer with them with and received no communication after 2 weeks. The screen was cracked and the keyboard and mouse did not work, but they were unable to tell me anything, but did charge me $20 diagnostic fee...
Sunday Feb 7...CLOSED due to weather. YET every store and restaurant in the shopping area was OPEN. I drove here for NOTHING Hell even your store sign flashed open. one and done ... don't waste MY the time
