was very nice on the phone came out that day. but what ever you do dont let him touch your Ipod. I had 10,000 songs on mine that may son had left me and a few he had wrote himself 3 months before he passed away and he wiped them all off and I no longer have those song in my Ipod. If you dont care about the music on it then hes great. Im still sick over it. very very sad
