This is the second time I asked these guys to come to my house to repair my computer again. . My computer acted 2 weeks after I had it in for service. It turned out that it was not a result of the previous occurrence. The guys took their time to figure out what the problem was and fixed them for me and gave me a break on the cost as well. I will be your lifetime devoted costumer and fan!
We found Geek 3 on line and we are so glad we did!! Erik answered my call personally, set us up for the next available appointment and arrived early the very next day . All of our annoying problems with our computer and laptop were fixed within one hour. Rates are very reasonable and Erik is very professional and knows his business well. I reccomend Erik and Geek 3 to anyone who needs help with their computer. I personally rate this company with 5 stars!!
What more can be said? Erik came over to my place on a Sunday. He let me know that windows just needed to be re installed. He put in the new hard drive and saved all my info that, of course, I had not backed up. And he was really informative. I felt like I had gone to a tech class. I learned a lot about my computer! Professional, knowledgeable, take time to explain the work performed... in laymans terms, and quick. They only do in-house repairing which a big benefit for people who were busy and don't have time to drop their defected computers to some silly computer shops!.
I was very fortunate to find Geek3 in the Yellow pages and contacted them about straightening out some various computer and printer problems that I had between three different computers in my office. I spoke to Erik on the first call (and not an answering machine) and he was able to book an appointment the next day. He had an opening and immediately called back and was there within 15 minutes.
