I had my device repaired here and the experience was excellent. Ken helped me throughout the process and was very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He explained the issue clearly and fixed it quickly. The repair was done properly and my device is working perfectly now. Great customer service and fair pricing. Met Ken at this location who promptly and efficiently diagnosed the issue with my older Samsung phone as needing a new connector on the motherboard that had come loose and the cause of the erratic display. Since this was my only phone with all my personal data, photos, contacts and private/public information on it collected over the past number of years, he did a temporary fix on it so I can use it right away and said he will be getting a replacement connecter for it in a couple of days and to come back for a more permanent ... read more
