Soy cliente de GECU desde hace varios anos y NO ESTOY CONFORME con los cargos que aplican en las tarjetas de DEBITO por INSUFICIENCIA DE FONDOS ya que si esta un pago inesperado pendiente de cobrar y el cliente antes de que se pague dicho cobro, el cliente DEPOSITA ese mismo dia para que no le aplique el banco ese cargo, LO QUE HACE GECU es meter primero el cargo de Insuficiencia de fondo, no obstante ese mismo dia que se hace el pago y al ultimo el Deposito, lo que me parece que es un ABUSO por parte del banco, ya que consi... read more

Stay away from them, far away!!! Worst experience ever. I curse the day that had to take a loan from them. Used to have two car loans with them but had to return one of the cars. Absolutely no way to work out anything with them. They are super fast on charging you fees but will never ever help you out to even setup the online account with them. Up until now day, I have not be able to see anything as far as history of payments, charges, fees, amount left to pay. I have to go to Credit Karma in order to get any idea what I hav... read more

Run! This bank will eat you alive with the reduculous fees that they cause! Let me give you an example. Say you fall short a couple of dollars , they will charge you a $30 fee, if it's international and they charge an international fee, they will also charge you a $30 fee on the fee THEY charge you automatically. This bank does not value its members, I have been with GECU for 8 years and they don't care to help out when you really need it. Won't be coming back to this bank after I collect my check tomorrow morning.

Theyblove to take your money. You're given the run-around when a transaction ocuurs which was not authorized. You're expected to know details as an employee. Edna from the Main Office was not helpful at all with an employee missed document. Since the document was missed, account holders must pay for that mistake. Not feeling the trust with this Bank.

Unwilling to help their customers, regardless of payment history. I was a member for with them for over 20 years.
