This is a small local motorcycle repair shop just to give you a heads so obviously the prices isn’t going to be the same as a dealership. The owner a cool person down to earth and laid back.majority of the time if you communicate with her about whatever your situation is 9 out of 10 she will be understanding. Took my bike in and got it back the same day. They're prompt, knowledgeable, and have excellent customer service. Price was reasonable, too. Will definitely stick with them for all my repair and maintenance needs.
I purchased a older Suzuki boulevard that may have been stored 2 yrs and Gear up & Ride LLC was recommended. the shop had their hands full but made room for me. The bike came in with many issues Mrs. Lisa , the shop tech Alex took the time to explain the repairs and time it would take to get them, the bike needed many parts ! but they assured me they will get her up and running . This place is a total rip off!! I was over charged I brought all my parts they scratched all of them and I didn’t get what I paid for. Lisa is a stealing fast talking crook and the service is also. I highly recommend you find a different place before using this one
