Refunded entire security deposit I rented a property from GDR for a number of years and had a very good experience. Anytime I needed something taken care of, GDR would take care of me without question. I once had a leak under my dishwasher and GDR sent someone out within the hour. Great customer service GDR has great customer service. I’ve rented with them for more than 5 years and they have delivered on all of the maintenance requests I’ve put in quickly and efficiently. Good at maintenance I have worked with GDR for more than 5 years and they manage one of my properties. GDR is great at understanding repairs necessary, getting pricing and getting repair and maintenance work completed. The management of tenant lease issues such as departure without forwarding addresses, lack of yard maintenance and subdivision ordinances, etc. could use a bit more help. Great on collecting rent I give them an A+ for collecting the rents from the tenants. This is a great service for us, and it eliminates the sobbing stories from the tenants.

I feel secure that my property is looked after by GDR and that when a tenant moves out, you work hard to find a replacement quickly. Whenever I have voiced my concerns or had questions via email, I ALWAYS gets immediate responses. That’s what I appreciate the most.
