Always get a response to my questions I feel secure that my property is looked after by GDR and that when a tenant moves out, you work hard to find a replacement quickly. Whenever I have voiced my concerns or had questions via email, I ALWAYS gets immediate responses. Thatâs what I appreciate the most.
Excellent job at selecting the tenant GDR has managed my rental house in the Albuquerque area for the last four years. They are the most professional of the management companies that I have. My current tenant has occupied the house for a number of years, so you did an excellent job selecting the tenant.
Stay away from this company The worst customer service. Took 3 to 5 months to fix basic items in rental. Would not work with me on moving out. Do not rent from this company They take your deposit and you will not see a penny of it again. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
