There a very good company to work for they treat u like family here
I went to work and worked hard. I was very good at my job too. But they were jealous and cliquey and it was more about ass kissing than your work quality.
I been enjoying my time here as a driver since day 1.
I worked for this company for about 7 years the biggest problem was that Cat employee's hated us and treated us like scabs, I was tormented by 4 former Cat employees for years and made my life miserable but did you care No you did not, they only cared about the money they get from Cat, you are a disposable worker! They are not a equal opportunity employer they are very selective and promote ass kisser and worse they pay ex cat workers more money and Cat signs off on this while normal G&D workers get paid peanuts and I should... read more
Poor management. Overworked employees. Horrible pay. They play favorites each employee is held to different standards rules policy etc.. They don't accommodate as needed. More focused on quantity over quality although quality is part of there statement. (Based out of the Peoria sits). More disgruntled employees than satisfied.
