They told me i could not donate for 5 years because of something i did in my past it has never caused any medical problems, i also found out that they are allowing someone with hepatitis that uses drugs to donate, but won't allow me to because of something that happened in my passed??? Yea not impressed at all. Thanks for taking Hepatitis drug infused plasma, instead of healthy plasma!!!!
I tried to donate today but was told that I am now on the list of those never allowed to donate. I was told that despite the FDA changing the lifetime ban on gay men from donating blood/plasma to allowing those who have been celibate for at least a year; the center has still not changed their policies to reflect that. I would have rated the center a 1 out of 5 stars because of this, but the staff was courteous enough to explain the situation. I can only hope that the ones who decide the policies will get with the times.

They are all super helpful and professional but Hailey is Fantastic. Very personable, professional and confident. Everything you want from someone with sharp objects. Great job team. Im making it a routine.
The staff is awesome, it's a relaxing environment and they are fun to donate to!
