Staff is always friendly and fun
Absolutely love the staff! No matter what time I have walked in they always do their best and our considerate and efficient!!!
I went in today to give a donation and was told that they could not accommodate me at 2:30 in the afternoon, even though they’re open until 6pm. I looked around and saw 10-15 open chairs and staff everywhere. When people go out of their way to DONATE not only their plasma but 2-3 HOURS out of their day to help and then get turned away?? Obviously GCAM plasma doesn’t need my donation. I won’t be returning.
It is restful and easy. The staff is amazing.
