Both times that Casey has been here for repairs I have thought about how professional he is. Seriously. He is nice, He is thorough in describing what is going on. Very patient when I could not hang on to information in my head. He is clean and efficient. I have been very happy with his work.

5 Stars - Greg and his crew, specifically Casey and Chris, are professional, knowledgeable and extremely talented at what they do. They just finished removing our extremely old oil furnace and tank and replacing them with a new, effeceint gas boiler and indirect water heater. Between removal, installation, piping the new larger gas pipe (all we had before was a gas stove/oven), we saw six different G&C employees. Good service, the crew was professional and did the job quickly and competently. They were able to get to my problem the day after I called. However their “straightforward pricing” is anything but. They operate on a tiered flat rate. In my case I got charged almost $360 to replace an $8 part (I got that price from HomeDepot.com). It took less than an hour to repair. They charge $80 just for the visit, and that doesn’t come off the final bill. So if you don’t mind paying a premium, the rest of the service was awesome.
Very professional!! Explained all work done in detail. Pricing was clear. Friendly, easy to talk to. Again, very professional! So glad we used them and signed up for their preferred services.
Brendan and Anthony were awesome – they worked efficiently, and they communicated clearly the whole time. Their pricing is totally transparent, and they do a whole home check up to alert you to any issues to keep an eye on. I highly recommend them
