Excellent place to work out. This particular Gb3 is clean most of the time and equipment are always up to date and efficient. Gym staff are respectable and members are there to work out and not be "machine hoggers".
It's a gym. They have free weights, resistance machines and pressurized devices for bodybuilders. There is a main weight room and then a secondary one. The aerobics room is very spacious compared to the one they had when they first opened. This GB3 seems to be busiest out of all the ones in the vicinity as observed by me. So far, I have no complaints. I go there to workout not to hang out or socialize. The members there have been pretty kind and considerate that I have witnessed.
