I have been a member for several years now. I enjoy going to the various locations to intake the various positive vibes from fellow gym goers, but moreso get feedback and tips from the "Gym Rats" ....That are in it to win it...like myself...
I take the Tuesday, 9:15am spin class with Erika, and she ROCKS!! It's a full body, kick-ass cardio workout. She includes a lot of upper body & core exercises, so you get a complete workout, not just lower body. The music gets you moving, and Erika's energy level is infectious, so getting motivated is no problem. You will sweat! Namaste Erika The staff have always been nice to me, and the gym is clean. My only issue is that sometimes the pool water is bit cloudy and dirty.
