I have used GB Heating & Air on two of my properties in Lafayette, one in the Happy Valley area of Lafayette and the second near Acalanes high school. Overall, I've been extremely satisfied with the level of service and professionalism by GB on both jobs. The Happy Valley job was complex and involved the removal and installation of a new Carrier Infinity furnace in the attic space that required construction. Boris was fantastic! He responded quickly when our air conditioner stopped working and was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. He was professional, knowledgeable, and had a very positive attitude throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely pleasant to work with. Our AC kept tripping the breaker every time it kicked on. With the heat wave and summer around the corner, we were concerned that we need to replace the whole unit. Boris came out the same day and figured it out fast. He even went to get the part himself to fix our ac unit the same day. Highly recommend!
