I had been seeing Dr Ballard for 3 years well les put it this way I seen the Doctor 2 times out of 3 years . I ask to see her for next time I came in made app. left 2 days later I get a letter saying I had breached my contract which is a lie.I have took pain meds. for 40 years when I was 29 I broke my back anyway now I am 66 she will not tell what she thinks I did. I want everyone to know that this Dr. does not care about anyone. I can hardly walk because of pain and I really did not breach.
I have Dr.Ballard for my pain Dr. at this time. But as soon as i can find another one i will not have her for my pain Dr. and the reason is she has put a young lady in charge of my meds that said at our last visit i would no longer have quality of life because she was taking my long acting pain med. away.She said my insurance company was the cause but when i spoke to the they said that long acting med had been approved for a year. She will not return calls at all.
Dr. Ballard. Is a great doctors she has a great spirit always greet u with a smile on her face. She listens to u and lets u explains yours problems without cutting u off. She a great doctor and i would recommend her to the best of my family or friend.
I am so excited that she is coming to Stringfellow in Anniston now. This is much closer than her other locations.
1st visit 06/22/2017.She is the best,and so understanding,I fractured my C-1 in my neck March 31st 2017,also I have a L3 L4 L5 in my lower back,and C4 C5 C6 in my shoulder and neck,I have been dealing with major pain since 2011 Dr.Ballard looked at all my MRI's and talked with me for almost 30 minutes,she is one of the FEW Dr.s that takes out the time to listen,start forward, and very understanding,So thankful and blessed to finally find a Doctor that listens and understands!!Thank you so much!!
Will start with: staff is very polite! Chose Ballard b/c I had worked w/her, knew what a great Dr she was. First appt w/her was great, then only got to see the PA. They lost notes 2 mos where I requested refills. I have been in mgmt 12+yrs and have followed every rule. After my urine test this month I received letter she won't see me. Can only assume it's b/c of meds prescribed for recent surgery which I informed them of. Will never know b/c no notes in chart and "aren't req to give reason".
Best mgt Dr. around!!!
Dr. Ballard is always so patient and understanding.
I have been a patient of her's for years now. I just don't know how I would manage my chronic pain without her. She has truly been a life saver and blessing to me.
