10+ yrs and no issues with any physician until dealing with this office. Scary experiences!
I've had multiple epidurals from multiple providers without relief until she did my block. I was hesitant to have another one because of poor results previously with other providers, but am so glad I did now- 90% relief!

Dr. Ballard worked with me to get my chronic pain stabilized. She eventually found the right medicine and dosage for me, and I have felt better than I have in 15 years. She knows what she is talking about, she is very thorough, and easy to talk to.
I have been a patient of Dr Horne for several years due to chronic back problems from an automobile accident. Dr Horne treats me in office and does epidural injections at St. Vincent’s St. Clair hospital. I find her to be very personable, polite and has a genuine concern for the overall well-being of her patients. I had my first visit with Dr Horne today. She was so compassionate and kind. For the first time in a very long, I have hope that my pain could get better.
