My experience with the front desk/administrative staff and the billing department located in the Wallingford location was frustrating and to me unprofessional. Specifically, dealing with their billing department to be refunded for an overage charge on my co-pay took 2 months with me having to constantly follow up (if they actually picked up the phone). Andrew worked with me for TMJ and tinnitus issues. Explained everything he was doing and why. Listened. Knows his stuff and really made me feel better. Highly recommend

My physical therapist was Caisea, who is a treasure. I presented with mysterious symptoms, and she patiently and kindly addressed them and found gradual ways to return me to myself--from the hobbling, bent-over mess I was! She is smart, creative, and warm. I am so grateful to her! The Gaylord facility is huge, clean, very well-supplied, and conveniently located next door to Yale's ortho and neuro services.
