Really frustrating. I’ve been trying to make an appointment for over a week, calling every day, but they rarely answer the phone. I’ve left multiple voicemails, and they’ve only returned my call once or twice. Unfortunately, when they called, I was at work and couldn’t answer, but I called back within an hour and once again, no one picked up. It shouldn’t be this difficult just to schedule an appointment. Very disappointing and honestly ridiculous.
I have been a patient of this Physical Therapy organization twice. The first time was after bilateral knee replacement surgery in 2020. The service was amazing. The second time is still ongoing for post surgery to repair a broken femur. The service is even better than the first time. The PT that I'm working with now, Morgan, is patient, professional and excellent at her job. She does her job while also helping me feel more confident in my progress and the healing process. Thank you Morgan for all you do.
